Hello,
I have my SINP application in progress and my current post graduate work permit is expiring on 6th of december, 2012. My visa have already expired and Now I am looking to make a trip to India as I am getting engaged as soon as I receive my SINP approval. I have already applied for work permit extension on November 10, 2012 but it will not be excepted unless I have my SINP approval well before time, My question is,
How can I apply for TRV to India based on my current situation ?
How long it takes to get Visa ?
Should I send paper copy or apply online ? Is there any fees or difference in processing time ?
Is my work permit and Visa has any connection ?
Can I apply for visa to re-enter in Canada if I receive my work permit ?
Please advise as I am experiencing this first time and have no idea, which is better option in my case ?
