Visa Exempt Countries

Has anyone noticed that there is a difference in the list of countries whose citizens require visas to enter canada?

The first link shows one set as seen below
cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5269ETOC.asp

the second link shows a different set

.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/visas-all.asp

the first link says the page was Modified: 2015-03-31

the second one was modified 2015-01-26

can anyone on here explain the discrepancy on CIC's website? or am i misunderstanding the information shown...

any clarification would be appreciated..

It would make sense to tell us exactly what discrepancy you see.

Looks like these are removed from http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/visas-all.asp except some which are edited.

Botswana
Namibia
St. Kitts and Nevis
St. Lucia
St. Vincent
Samoa -> Western Samoa
Swaziland
