I would assume this is a rather rare occurence but my son and I are visa exempt, whereas my wife is not.
there are really no instructions on what to do in such case in the "ready for visa" e-mail.
VFS office is also of no use, whatever i ask them they just say stick to the instructions from the e-mail
(I also asked them about appendix B - which i did not receive in the e-mail, but the instructions on VFS website state that it should be included so it is confusing)
So anyhow, has anyone experienced anything similar or knows what to do in this case? i assumed i should send my wives passport with docs to VFS and my sons and mine straight to embassy but i am not really sure.
also, the instructions in the ready for visa e-mail on where to send "any changes" are not clear to me:

You must now complete the following steps within 30 days for our office to issue your Confirmation of Permanent Residence and, if applicable, your permanent residence visa. So what is the e-mail address where we ought to reply? i assume we don't just hit reply and put our app number into subject?

I know - managing the whole express entry application by yourself, only to find out you're too daft to do it in the last part
