Visa enquiry

So I applied for spp on 15th through vfs chandigarh and realised afterwards that the staff member checking the documents just took 1 photograph from me and attached it on the file . I realised afterwards that you need to attach two photographs.Can someone tell me what should I do ??
Will the visa be rejected on this basis??? Stressing out here please reply !!!
