Visa chances if i reapply

Hii guys i wanna know if there are any chances of mine getting visa if i reapply...,the only thing i want to make sure that can i expect my visa if i reapply with 61% in aggregate in graduation(bcom).... Should i give a try or not and i also have seen number of posts that CGPA calculation varies from country to country, i m from india , can anyone help me out with this....

Noo i have not applied for that i m working on the loopholes in my profile and i wanna make it better by one way or another but my major concerm was regarding my academic standing ... Could u plzz comment on that
