Visa approved haven't received original passport request letter

I have applied on 9th July, received correspondence letter regarding biometrics twice.
I have called Immigration in Canada, they have confirmed that my application was approved on 30th July, but i still didn't receive passport request letter.
Any suggestions about what to do?

Online SDS Application Submitted : 5 July
Biometrics Done : 8 July
Medicals already done in June
Biometrics, medicals and background passed on same day 21 July
Got Refusal letter and Biometrics correspondence on 24 July ( Reason - purpose of visit ) Decision Time - 16 calendar days

Reapplied on 27 July

Till date No Update
