Visa approved. Caq at port of entry. Very urgent.

Hello everyone,

I submitted my caq which i received through courier in my visa file and got my visa.
I have only an email confirmation that my caq has been issued which i thought would be sufficient at poe.
But one of my friend told me that i will need original caq or its copy at poe and i dont have both of these.
And my flight is on 6th august..

Could anyone please tell me what should i do?
Will they send me an caq email if i tell them my file and application number or that confirmation email will be sufficient at poe?

You should have kept a photocopy of CAQ before sending the originals.
Anyways,.. U can mail CIC , and try to figure out, if same can be re-issued again???

And also ask them whether a print out of the mail would be fine ?

1) - I never received my CAQ from the courier so I just used the print out approval letter from website when applying for visa. They didnt care and I got the visa.

2) - At the border, I showed them another print out copy from the website, again they didn't care.

Till date, I've never seen my original caq, got lost in the mail somewhere. No one really cares about the original.

This one is really helpful.Had you taken that print out from caq website??
You are talking about That pdf they uploaded as desicion letter on their website. Right??
