I applied for student visa, after some weeks I received mail from VFS GLOBAL office that my processed passport ready for collection. I found out that my application was approved, passport stamped but didn't receive any mail such as letter of introduction POE letter from visa office. Am really confused, I learnt that the letter is one of documents to be presented at Port of entry to get study permit. I will be traveling to Canada two weeks time but haven't gotten the letter. I mailed the Canada Visa office but haven't received any response pertaining my request till date. Hope I won't be refused study permit at Port of entry on arrival. I need information on this please
