Visa application refused

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

Sad to say, i was refused the 2nd time just today. Reapplied last Nov 29 so i can catch up with Jan 2020 intake but still refused.


Reason of 1st & 2nd Refusal - purpose of Visit


1. Purpose of Visit- i already stated that i will purely study in Canada. I even provided recommendation letter from prospect employer that I will be hired and how much I will be paid when i get back to work with them. I will be offered a Senior Human Resource Manager position in their company.

Program : Business - Human Resource (Fanshawe College)

** I actually requested GCMS notes for my 1st refusal but i cannot wait any longer that is why i risked to reapply for the 2nd but still refused.

** Now i have time to prepare for my next reapplication since I will have my next intake on Sept 2020.

*** Can u please advise what is the meaning pf that refusal? Thank u a lot!!

Purpose of visit is very vague. It could mean VO did not find you are genuine student who has another intention. GCSM notes is your only options since it will help you know why.

Think the GCMS is also likely to point out that your choice of programs doesn’t make sense based on your previous education. Are you currently working HR. Don’t rush into another application until you have the GCMS notes and can address the concerns.
