What did you mentioned on your SOP? because this is very important to justify your case.

as i know for newfoundland province having very low ratio for visa.

matric 63%
fsc 74%
DBA (diploma business administration) 80% but in 2007
after that worked as a junior assistant account for 3 years in uk
since then came back to pakistan working for an NGO
...I think the problem is gap. Im gonna explain it properly in SOP this tym

You did not remove the first reason but just went another route. With a diploma in business administration, why do you need a BBA? Why didn't you go for a MBA?

this diploma is a one year course after fsc(A-level)

I have changed my plans a little bit. Actually I have applied for CAIPS today to know the exact reason of refusal.
I will get it by the end of this month probably. then I will apply again

Just a thought but does it make any difference if ur using uncles or brothers statement? You should have transferred the money into ur account and used that instead. Im not suprisef they refused it since all you did was change unreliable sponsor to a different unreliable sponsor. If using sponsor the best ones are parents.

Good point. Probably they think that he is just showing the money, but it really doesnt belong to him.

I totally agree with you!!!

This is what I intend to do.

My Uncle has transferred the money to my account and he will point to the sponsor letter (affidavit of support) that the money in my account are from him for my studies.

I think you should have no problem in this manner.

1) bhai se kaho k paise tmhaa account me dal de or affidavit likh k da da k ye amount is k pehla 2 sal k expensive k lia ha or other will paid by me on given time frame without any financial hardship.............
2) yar HR walon se milo or case apna discuss karo........

+1 bro +1 thank you. well Im a sorta guy which never give up. may be Allah is judging me. Man I believe if you desire for something and pray from god then Allah never ever refuse it but you gotta try hard for it. eveything is achievable in this world but needs patience
