In September I applied for my visa extension/renewal within Canada
I received an email from CIC last night saying I withdrew my visa application and I will be refunded. I did not withdraw my application and never requested for it to be withdrawn.
I called the call center and the only thing they could say was to resubmit...
I don't mind paying any extra fees as long as my application will be reviewed.
I've already bought tickets to fly home for Christmastmas.
Please advise what can be done?
