visa application and job offer letter

Hello,
I have received a mail regarding job offer letter in "Water Front Shipping" Vancouver, as a SCADA operator
They asked me for my details. Today i received a call from a person saying that i need to submit my document. and asking me to pay 650 USD as visa registration fees and document verification fees. As the visa fees is not this much i'm finding it a bit fake. kindly help me out.
is it fake or real??

It is likely fake given no job offer asks for fees and not USD for any Canadian immigration application. But to be sure post the offer here with personal details removed
