My husband and I had viber messages. We talk primarily on Viber every day every time. I took samples and I have already sent it along with the application. however, what if they ask in interview? We do not have our records from past. i restored my viber and he also did so.

The samples should be good enough. That's what I did. 1 page per month. They probably just check the dates and cross reference how long you said you have known each other for. I don't think they actually read the content, unless there are any red flags in your application. I'm also sure most people don't bother backing up their messages so it's probably fairly common. However, you might try googling "restore viber messages". I found a website that tells you how to restore your messages on iphone.
