What is the point of PL other than fleecing vulnerable applicants?
My parents who applied for their visitor visa, were told that their visa process would be expedited on purchase of the so called premium lounge service! (3050 INR per person). What's even more sketchy is that this payment is only accepted as cash!! They were also assured that their Passports would be picked up from their doorstep. It has been 10 days and their is no communication from either VFS nor Bluedart courier service. The helpline number on VFS's website belongs to an old lady who just screams 'hello hello!!'. Emails are not responded to! Other Vfs representatives just keep repeating useless phrases and don't give you a solution. Please tell me I'm not the only unlucky one going through all these troubles?
