VFS Payment error - two way courier

Hi everyone,
I’m getting error when trying to pay a two way courier service for my parents passport for stamping. I’m trying netbanking option but it never worked.

Anyone facing this error before and how can I get rid of this? VFS is closed today so can’t take my call either.

Still getting error when paying the two-way courier fee. I called VFS and they ask me to send this issue to the different email. Sent yesterday and no response. 4 days passed since PPR....
