VFS India two way courier for Passport Submission. Different address for pickup and dropoff

My parents have received their passport submission requests for visitor visa. VFS site says this has to be done through two way courier with webform here. However their current postal code and address is shown as not serviceable by the courier.

Now my cousins address is shown as serviceable in the system. Can they use his address for the pickup and drop off of passports. Does this address need to be same as the one used in visa forms ?

Not needed. You can use any address.
