Hello, my name is Michele I am from Italy. I was planning to move to UK but due to all this problems and uncertain laws and faith of all EU Citizens I am gathering informations about Canada.
My girlfriend was planning to study in Uk to become VET surgeon and I found a good course there, after that she can go to the Liverpool UNI.
My questions is, what my girlfriend needs to study VET there?
I found out this:

but the explanation is very poor.
I would like to know if you have to do an higher education program that gives you all the basics you need, and then after you accomplished this course, you can go to UNI.
Basically in the UK if you come from Italy and you do not have knowledge of chemistry etc. You have to do an higher education program that last 1y after that you can go to UNI.
it's like a college but compressed in a single year.
So she needs to do 3 years of college to have basics and then she can go to UNI or what?
Sorry if maybe I am asking stupid questions but it's difficult to gather info in Italy, we went to the Immigration office and all we got was an "I don't know" to almost every single question.
