My crs score approx 400 & Noc 3213 in occuptional list...plz suggest me which province would be good for my vet tech profession demand......

Unfortunately, I can't see your noc in any province in-demand list. What is your IELTS score? Try to improve it to reach 400 and then maybe you will have chance in Ontario

If your diploma is from a recognized institution then WES should be able to evaluate it.
