Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hello,

My case is in Abu Dhbai. I got email asking for my PP to submit as they are ready to issue the visa. My question is that I am in Dubai and have recently resigned from my job, my employer has cancelled my visa. I have 1 month to exit. Can i give my PP to Immigration to issue me visa?

1. Will they issue me Visa without any active visa on my passport as it is cancelled from my employer.
2. My PP is expiring in 4 months will they issue me visa or I have to renew it?
3. If they will not issue my visa unless I get another employer visa then can they grant me extension to submit PP as I am in process of getting visa from another employer.

Kindly reply.

After your visa is cancelled you can legally stay 1 month in U.A.E
you should be more worried about the validity of your passport which you said is 4 months i guess minimum 6 months is a requirement
any senior member here can help you further
but i am 100 percent sure on legal stay of one month after the cancellation if you exceed one month at the immigration you will be asked to pay the appropriate fines you can check that on U.A.E ministry website

hope it helped

Good Luck

Yes I can stay for 1 month after visa is cancelled. I want to know

1. Will they issue me Visa without any active visa on my passport as it is cancelled from my employer. Should i submit my passport?
2. My PP is expiring in 4 months will they issue me visa or I have to renew it before submitting?
3. If they will not issue me visa unless I get active visa from another employer then can they grant me extension to submit Passport as I am in process of getting visa from another employer?

Thanks
