Very urgent question about visa request

I live in the USA and my file was transferred to buffalo. I submitted my medical examination four months ago and I have not got a respond yet. Is this normal? I am freaking out. Please help.

Yes dear thats normal , generally it takes 3-6 months for PPR request.

if u want , u can email to your visa office for current status of your case .
