very urgent plz help new child fee

I have been blessed with baby and London office asked for processing fee of $150 but they have not mention how to pay and if paying by pay order or cheque whose name it should made. I would be very grateful for your help.

It would follow the same process as other fees submitted. DD in the name of Receiver General of Canada in CAD.
