I have been wondering how to get my "new family" into Canada. They are very hard workers and exactly what Canada wants to have enter Canada.

Here is the idea... Is it possible?

I am a Canadian citizen, I am sponsoring my common law partner to Canada as we speak. It should be approved in 10 months +/-.

I want to have my partners family apply for a temporary work visa. If approved I want them to come to Canada and as soon as they arrive sponsor them in the family class sponsorship.
I make over $95000 per year and should be able to sponsor the family based on income.

My question is simple....

Can a person with an accompanied family entering with a Temporary Work visa also be sponsored by a Canadian citizen for family class sponsorship while they are in canada with a valid work visa? and if yes, can that family then stay in Canada while the process is being completed?

The current process takes 50-75 months to complete otherwise..

I know that I am responsible for the family if they go on welfare etc, but this family will never go on assistance and will probably just extend the working visa.. The family consists of 2 adults and one 11 year old child so the child will need to go to school while in Canada. (however, home schooling is an option i needed or the only way to bring the child)

Goal: I am trying to get the family to Canada fast and legally allow them to stay while the permanent resident visa are being issued.

The family will also have sufficient funds to take care of themselves if this is needs to be proven.

Any help would be great!

Your post is somewhat confusing.

What is the relationship between this "family" and your common law spouse? Are the adults the parents of your common law spouse? Are the children your common law spouse's siblings?

If the adults are parents - then unfortunately sponsorship isn't possible since the parent sponsorship processed is closed to new applications at this time (the most they can do is visit).

Anyway, if you could explain who this family is in relation to your common law spouse it will help all of us here give you an accurate answer.
