Very quick question, form 0008

Howdy Everyone,

For question #4 on form 0008, "Immigration office requested" would that be filled in as Manilla, as my wife will be coming from the Phillipines, or do we put Mississauga or something else?

I hate these forms sometimes (well ok most of the time)

Manila is the visa office you're requesting.

When u mail the application off, however, send it to the Mississauga CIC office and once they review the sponsor part, they will forward the package onto the Manila visa office.
