There's no way to do this with very little or no paperwork. A passport and IELTS results certainly are not enough. Everything is going to require research, paperwork, and significant more work on your part.

Suggest you start by researching the Express Entry program.

Thanks but I've done my research and even taken the eligibility test of which I dont meet the minimum requirements.....I'm very desperate and need to immigrate legally...I dont want to have to resort to crossing the border. What can I really do to change my situation...getting any paperwork is impossible because I'm out of status in the u.s and immigration here is unforgiving. I need a way out of this

You need paperwork to immigrate legally to Canada. There's no way around this. You need things such as your educational documents so that you can complete the ECA process, letters from employers, police certificates, funds to pay for your settlement in Canada, etc. If you don't meet the minimum eligibility requirements for the Express Entry program, then I would recommend that you look into the Provincial Nominee Programs. But regardless of how you apply, you will need paperwork.

If you are out of status in the U.S., then immigrating is really your only option. Any sort of temporary status (e.g. visitor visa, study permit, work permit) is going to be refused.

Crossing the border isn't recommended unless you have a very strong refugee case. Otherwise you'll just end up being sent home.
