I was just wondering that what does below rejection message means
"Missing Master evaluation from WES"
I saw it on SS for one person (saurabk1).

Does it mean;
1. Master qualification
Or
2. The cover letter from WES addressed to us.

Either the candidate did not include the WES Report in Original OR he included a Xerox Copy of the WES Report and not the Original.

but the univesity refused to sign the WES report form. of which 1st section we should sign, and the 2nd section the unviersity officer should sign.
INSTEAD, he gave his own certificate with seal and all, and signed on it, which says, I have reviewed the marksheets like that....

So, is this of any concern?

I am not sure what process are you referring to. I requested for a University Transcript in a SEALED envelope and that's all I got which i submitted to WES.
