Hi there PMM, it's my first time to check a forum like this, the fact that i have a very complicated case that started 4 years ago.

Ok here's my case, i went to canada for a tour year 2002, and then I got married, then got separated in 2003 then i went back home in ASIA and .theres no application of sponsorship have been filed because it just didnt happen.then after 4 years, when i thought that my marriage was over due to “null and void” since we did not cohabit in at least 1 month after marriage,in short, i finally thought my marriage was over in 2003. and i didn’t know that i might still be planning in going back to canada.,until I met this girl in 2005,. then i got married again this year in my home country to this wonderful girl whose about to receive her PR in two months.,.and the thing is,.,. im in the process of divorce to my 1st wife.
The immigration sent her a letter asking if there’s any more information that she needs to change like marital or any,now is the time to tell them,or else like what you said,if will not be included in the family class and cannot sponsor me. Please i need advice.,here are some of my questions: i know we have commmitted a huge mistake here, because of lackness of infos regarding immigration laws in canada that is constantly changing from time to time.

1.Do we have to inform now the immigration that we got married?so that my wife will include me in her application? pending my divorce to come out?what are my chances if they do background check?
2. What if they find out that im still married to a canadian citizen there and even if the divorce is on process does that affect my wife's application pending her PR to come out in 2 months?
3. We can prove our relationship is genuine and all that because we have everything like fotos, letters, phone cards, but do you think we have a chance to be together after all these mess i did?

Please i need help, because i dont want to jeopardize my wife's application because of my mistakes in doing such actions.,im so desperate, and my wife's keep on crying on this matter,.we are afraid that we might loose the chance of being together for life.

1. Hire a lawyer
2. You have committed bigamy, which is a criminal offense as you married someone else while still married.
3. Your case is just too difficult to determine in a forum, your "spouse" is going to have to report the marriage, even though it probably not legal. If she doesn't, there is a very good chance that if she tries to sponsor you, having "landed", then you will not be sponsorable and she will probably be reported for misrepresentation, putting her Pr status in jeopardy.

Ok, even if it happens in different country? and im only visitor then, when i got married in canada,.and i got married the 2nd time in my home country that is where i am a citizen of.

But do you think as soon as my divorce will come out PMM, can my wife still have a chance of sponsoring me for us to be together? because she already sent the documents declaring that she got marrie

Hire a lawyer, you and she will have real problems. It doesn't matter, as Canada does not recognize polygamy, and you were married to two women at the same time.

Lastly PMM, what if i dont get to afford in hiring a lawyer? what shall i do? what options do i still have?

And another thing is im outside Canada, im in different country, where will i defend my case?

again, very much appreciated for giving time for this.
