Verification of Status?

Hello everyone,
I'm a Canadian citizen of more than 10 years now.
I tried to do a legal name change in Ontario but the application was returned back to me because they wanted a record of landing paper, and if I don't have that then I would need verification of status paper.

The only document I have in my possession is IMM5292 and I don't remember getting anything from the government back then.
Does immigration take the record of landing paper after someone receives their citizenship?
 
IMM5292 is the record of landing paper. You do not need the verification of status.

That's what I sent with the application originally, the agent said that's one of the reasons why they returned the application because they wanted a record of landing and if I didn't have it then I can apply for a verification of status.

I don't even know how to get further with this.
Service Ontario insists on getting a record of landing but they are not satisfied with my IMM 5292 and I tried to call CIC phone and it's a maze then it hangs up and it is impossible to speak to anyone there.

Sure I already did that.
But how do I tell Service Ontario that CIC stopped making record of landing anymore since 2002 and they replaced them with COPR? they should know these stuff, it's not my job to tell them that.
I'll wait for CIC reply back and I guess I'll include a copy of the email exchange.

My bad! IMM1000 is landing paper (according to IRCC helpline).

did you try a different Service Ontario? that is weird that they dont know recording of landing is out
