verification in bangladesh!

hey guys,i received an email from the visa office asking for 12 months payslips,what does that mean?

Basically they are trying to verify your employment.. and make sure u were employed .. for instance in my case, i may have to submit my tax record .. to show that i was employed during that period.. but if you don't have it then you can write them a letter explaing why u wont be able to provide them... but if you choose to do so.. they may call u for interview or request additional documents...

Is it getting tough for Bangladeshis ? They are asking the payslips provided by the HR/Finance of your company.My company sends me the payslips via email each month. To my concern those payslips are confidential. I don't think Bank statement will work on that.

If they want, I will be able to provide Payslips, No Problem from me.
I am ready to do anything realistic they want.
its nothing , but I donno why they are doing these things these days.
