Various PNP breakdown help

Hi all,

Currently in the UK and on 440 points and with an old Canadian employer who wants me back but has had my LMIA denied while still in Canada, I am looking at PNP's in ANY province.

Having searched websites I cannot seem to get an understanding of how any of the provinces work with their own programs. Is anyone able to give me a breakdown or links to the simple processes for each program? Opening dates or their process?

All of the information you're looking for is posted in detail on the web sites of the various PNP programs. If you have already look at this information and want further help - then your next best step would probably be to hire an immigration lawyer to assist you. Good luck.

Can I please confirm with a second set of eyes that the AINP is only valid for people with an LMIA or those who are exempt? http://www.albertacanada.com/opportunity/programs-and-forms/ainp.aspx

Thank you, I really did only see this after I have posted. Amazingly, my work history is on the list of NS requirements... but the stream is closed atm. Ho hum.
