Variable hours

I completed my one year experience.
i worked variable hours every week.
most of my paycheques has 80 hours.
about 40% has between 64 to 75 ( paid bi-weekly)
How many hours should i ask my manager to mention in my reference letter ?

whatever, as far as its 30 or more a week. IRCC doesn't care or count more than 30 per week.

The more you provide, the better. It does not hurt to provide as much evidence as possible. Make it easy to the officer to make a decision on your application.

sry for the confusion its for two weeks
30+ every week.
