been in Vancouver for a year. As zulkfal said, climate and living conditions are good.

On the other hand, I think Toronto got lot of opportunities and other benefits.

Overall, my preference is Vancouver only if you got good Job or else Toronto is good for searching and to get settled for new Immigrants
