Value of Part time courses in Canada

Hi,

I would like to know how is the demand for part time courses in Canada. Pursuing web technologies course is on mind. Generally, these courses are for 3 months duration.
Once completed, how are the job opportunities based on this certificate say course is done from BCIT.

Also, throw some light on Full time courses(6 months) compared to Part time.
