Value of Masters in Computer Arts degree in Canada.

Is it worth doing 2 years MCA in Pakistan before coming to Canada?
Will It help in getting any job or work there?

asian degrees are not accepted right away they require upgrading.

It's a one year course in Pakistan. I have already applied for a second MBA in a Canadian university but it almost takes a year for the study permit processing from Pakistan while in the meantime I want to do MCA just for some sort of creative knowledge. Would it be helpful to me in getting any part time work in Canada in order to meet up my expenses.
I know that Asian degrees needs updating.

If you have a whole year to wait, then it is better to do the degree MCA in your country. But i think it is even better if you gather some work experience, instead of a degree.
