hi friends . ;D.
I have a query on valuation of property for preparing financial summary for prooving
home ties. If a loan has been taken for study abroad against property, can we show the same property value in the valuation papers.

2) in one of my sponsors property ( fathers name property . value approx 5o lacs.. a small loan of around 50000 was taken. can we show this property in valuation . )

the above queries have arisen cause i read somewhere in this forum that encumbered property can not be included in property valuation.

if you can show then no problem...its good for you....

Hi,

Valuation of property is not required under SPP/General Visa Check list (India).

I quote Visa Checklist,

"DO NOT PROVIDE ANY ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS UNLESS REQUESTED TO DO SO BY A VISA OFFICER. Example of documents not to be submitted with study permit applications include: fixed deposits, property documents, documents from chartered accountants, jewellery assessments, life insurance policies"

so it is possible to show property which have marginal loan. Good to know.

@ ENFIELD. i can see on your profile thast visa issued. Congrats for getting visa ... ENJOY CANADA. ;D
