Hi All,

I had a question about following scenario.

If two non-Canadians are planning to get married outside Canada.

If the lady has a visitor visa stamped in the past and the would be husband also had gotten a Canadian student visa a couple of months before wedding, after the wedding, would their respective visas still be valid? Will they both be able to enter Canada without obtaining any new visas or updating their existing visas.

The husband does plan on applying for a dependent visa but is it really needed for them, especially if we okay with the 6 month only period allotted to the visitor for staying in Canada on her visa.

Your inputs would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
