validity of pcc

i applied fo canada immigration in dec 2008. and i submitted my full appliaction with documents to chc kingston in april 2009. now in june 2010 the ecas status changed to in process,.
i want to know,do i ahve to do ppcc again from all the places as pcc is more than one year old

No you dont once you submit it thats it then it does not matter how long it will take for CHC to process it unless they specifically ask you to provide a fresh PCC.
