Hello everyone,

With the new rules passed in November, I was wondering if I could claim the 30 extra points with a 3 year degree I obtained in Canada in 1999.

Or is there a validity on those degrees/ diplomas/ certificates?

Cheers!

Can't think of any reason why not. Never heard of education 'expiring.' If you have a Canadian degree/diploma, I can't think of any reason you wouldn't include it on your profile. Understand that you will have to provide copies (scans) of the diploma/document as well as the transcript.

And you will have to give the system time to update (24-48 hours), but don't wait too long, others have had problems with it not automatically updating, and having to create new profiles.
