Validation of Schedule A - IMM5669

I do not clearly understand what validation of form IMM5669 means. I pressed the validate button, I corrected everything as required, but on the first page, next to UCI and application number, there is a box stating: Validated, and it says 'No'.
I managed to validate the other forms, but with this one I don't understand what to do.

Could anyone help me?

It shows that you are yet to supply a particular information. A red box will show,Just scroll up and down,check all your information,make corrections where necessary and then validate again.
