Validating Forms

Hi guys, Im having some trouble validating the IMM 1344 form.

I dont have a cosigner, so I cant put in a date for the following info, but if I dont put in a date, then I cant validate the document.

Help? Please!

Question 3 asks if you have a co-signer; if you select no, the co-signer section is automatically removed. It looks like the image you've posted is from the "Sponsor Personal Details" section, as you've answered question 6 "Canadian citizen by birth".
