VAlid visit visas with pre arrival letter?

So I have VAlid visit visas ,also I am pnp AOR Jan- 2020 and got pre arrival letter July 2020 , still there is no update ,
QUESTION
if I got go Canada and stay inside and change my address to Canada instead ,will it effect my case for speeding up?
Also does anyone knows/experienced same situation to go Inside Canada and processing gets faster?
