Valid US travel Visa on old passport?

I have a valid US travel visa (until 2021) on an expired passport. in my EE FSW document checklist for passport, i know i have to scan and upload the latest passport, but what about the expired passport with valid US visa?

if i have to upload both, the old passport has 20 pages of stamps, would i have to scan and upload them all as well?

Yes, you will have to upload every single page of the new and old passports

Yes, you will have to upload every single page of the new and old passports

No, you only have to upload the first page of your old/new passport, as well as all the pages with visas and stamps, you don’t have to scan blank ones.
