I have another question, I'm.on a pgwp and have been working with my company for 1 year so if I do get a closed work permit does my.1 year have to start from.when I got the closed work permit or can I say yes straight away because I still will be working for the same company

The one year starts after you have completed a year of working for the employer under the new closed work permit. You cannot count the time on the PGWP. Per IRCC's own words, you must have worked a year on the current work permit.
