HRSDC is now known as ESDC.

ESDC do not provide job offer letters. An employer offers you a job, and will then have to apply to ESDC for an LMIA.

HTH.

Ok. Its not matter of correcting abbreviations.

However I am really very grateful to you for educating me in this regard.

I meant that is there anyone who can arrange ESDC valid job offer from Canadian employer.

I was not trying to "put you down" in my reply.

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking.

There are recruitment agencies which can help you get a job offer (do make sure to choose a reputable one; recruitment agencies in Canada are not allowed to charge to find you a job, the employer pays).

Then the employer (who may use a consultant/lawyer/agency) applies to EDSC for an LMIA, unless the the job is LMIA-exempt.

Is this about getting the 600 points for EE?

Yes! obviously for 600 points.
I opened this thread for the purpose that "Is anyone here who can arrange valid job offer for me for Canadian Immigration"
