1. How much is VAC Fee for sending passport to NY or LA office ? VAC site says $31.19, but saw old threads mentioning $34.10
2. I will be sending two passports for processing. I guess I have to send 2 Money Orders of $31 or $34 ??

btw, applied online from US for parents on B2 on May 10th, got passport requests on 19th.
