I lived in Uzbekistan for 3 months, 4 months, 1 month, and then 2 months in the past 7 years. However, I have never lived in Uzbekistan for 6 months consecutively.
I am still applying for PCC just in case, but I need time as possible because the options for apply Uzbek PCC in Canada looks very sketchy.
I am of an Indian national.
There are no uzbek embassy and consulate in Canada. But here are my options.

I am scared of submitting documents which CIC will accuse me of misrepresentation for providing ungenuine documents.
I could try contacting the uzbek embassy in washington but I don't have the us visa and I want to avoid it as much as possible.
As per applying for the Uzbek PCC in India.

Apparently I have to provide fingerprints. I would like to avoid going to india because the flights from canada to india is very expensive. And I don't have any relatives in india so I don't know anyone who can do power of attorney for me there.
So here are my list of questions.
Is it worth applying for Uzbek PCC at the 2 sketchy links I have provided? Do you people think legitimate?
Can I apply PCC's at the same time, just in case if one of them is sketchy?
Can I apply for PCC by the time I am in the pool? I need as much time as possible for getting this uzbek PCC certificate.
My plan for now is to contact the sketchy sites. and I want to hear my gut feeling if they are legitimate. Otherwise, Ill have to take the expensive route to go to india and washington to get that uzbek PCC.
Any help or insights you would like to share I would appreciate it.
