It's been 2 days already that I'm trying to see online for USPS update but still there is no info shown. Is this normal?

DMP gave tracking # to me on Wednesday. Today is Friday and still nothing shown. I'm sure i got the right tracking from DMP as I've repeated it to the DMP.

Is it possible that it is taking DMP a couple days to prepare before mailing?

This is usual. USPS tracking is not as good as UPS or Fedex. They do not provide regular updates on their website. I had this same issue. Do not worry. If the DMP said they have sent it, you results would be on the way to Ottawa. It will surely take more than a week for the results to reach there. My tracking was showing 'Delivered to International despatch' for 4 days after which it showed 'delivered'.

The issue is that your mail is going out of the country.
So USPS tracking will not register until delivery.

Another point that's worth checking is whether the DMP mailed the material from a franchise office, rather than a regular USPS post office. What happens in a franchise office is that tracking numbers are not in the system for a long time.

You can reassure yourself by going to the USPS web site and sending their customer service an electronic message. My experience with them is very good and you will know exactly where you stand.

My experience with their phone service is not so good, I think they use amateurs there or I may just have been plain unlucky!!

I checked again with DMP and the lady gave me the wrong tracking#. The last number was wrong , so they gave me the right one. I checked and it was delivered today (Status: Delivered Abroad). DMP sent it last Saturday.

I suggest for you guys to check with DMP after 2 to 3 days if something is not showing up in the USPS website. Same thing might happened. Nobody's perfect anyway.
