Hello.
I have received my UCI and some instructions regarding using the pre-arrival services. I have registered for some of those services. However, when my spouse tried to register as well, they informed her that the UCI is used and she needs to use her own UCI. We only received one UCI. Were we supposed to receive two different UCI numbers? or are we sharing the same one since we're on the same application? If so, how are we supposed to use the services together?
