Using immigration consultant?

so I am using an immigration consultant, my questions are.

1. Do they apply online or on paper when they do your application?
2. When it asks for places for the pa to sign ? How does he sign it? Does he get the form sent to him he prints it and then he signs it or?

If youre using a consultant and paying so much money why you dont ask him? at least get s return for your money

I am going to see him Saturday but I want to make sure I have all the papers ready until then

The applications must be on papers. No online apps for sponsorship.

What I did was to fill out all docs then email it to my wife. she signed it and sent it back through fedex.
