Has anybody used any Immigration Attorneys for the immigration process? If any experiences, referals, etc please provide. I am considering engaging an attorney to take care of my application process.

Check out this link: The owner of this forum is himself a reputable immigration Lawyer, so I have heard.

In my personal point of view, I am convinced that using immigration representatives only if you have special conditions as if you have been convicted in the past, inadmisibility or things like this. If you are comfortable with your english proficiency and has time available you can do it yourself.

I am using David Cohen, as my immigration attorney for Canadian Immigration. Up to now he is excellent, his staff is cooperative and timely answers and affordable service.
I recommand David Cohen office for immigration.
Thanks,
If you have any queries feel free to contact me about David Cohen, I recommand one of my friend, and he also using his services.

Hi Anishpyne:
I definitely recommend using a lawyer, I personally am satisfied working with Attorney David Cohen, you won't regret it. I really think it is a big difference the way they present a case to the visa office.

I myself utilized the services of an Immigration Lawyer. We were very satisfied with his work. Its a different attorney though, not David Cohen. We already got our visas and will land soon in Canada. Piece of advice, check the reputation of the lawyer you want to hire to represent you. Make sure they are legit and accredited.

Hi anishpyne

We used the representative services, He is very professional, and taking care of every thing. We are actually very busy service people don't have enough time to go through all pares very carefully, so he take care of our all paper work.
At the other hand we have to pay a huge amount of their fees.
I my opinion if you have enough time to go through all paper work very care fully you must do it by yourself to save money, if you feel that at any stage you or your spouse don't have time then try to avid any error, delay in your process you may hire the representative services. By the way we learn many things from this forum the senior guys are very helpful and too good in their opinion and suggestions. Many occasions we find from this forum very useful tips.
One of my friend is using the Mr. David Cohen's services and he is very happy and satisfy, the fee are also reason able compare with others.

Wish you good luck in your decision and application process.
