Hi Friends,

I am collecting documents for full application for CHC SINGAPORE. I have a question regarding how to arrange the documents, should use clipper or staplerpins for grouping the documents say "all educational documents" etc.

I am using stalerpins for multiple pages of one document say "all pages of my passport" or "all page of an appointment letter"

Is this correct?

Pankaj

I have not found any instruction in official guide EG7 regarding how the documents should an OP clip/staple or fasten.

So, i opine, it is an OP's choice. But remember, it must be in a logical and convincing order.

Hi,

Arrange the docs in order as per check list and include a covering letter stating "schedule of attachments". Keep the Table of attachments at the beginning of the set.

Hi,

You can group the documents using staples according to category. Better not to staple the CIC forms. Then use a strong paper clip to secure the complete set together.

Hi PankajK,

Do not use stapler pin. Sometimes it creates problem. Better use james clip to set them accordingly and place them as per checklist in the envelope.

Thanks and regards.
